Fans vote Everton FC best in the Premier League

Everton’s ticketing voted top with TALENT Sport improving ticketing and the matchday experience

Everton has been voted the best club in the Premier League’s annual Fan Survey in a host of key areas.

Ticketing was one of the most notable successes, with the Blues coming out ahead of all their Premier League rivals. The survey showed that fans rate Everton number one in the Premier League for ease of purchasing tickets online, junior ticket pricing and the matchday experience at Goodison Park. Everton’s fans purchase tickets online using Everton’s in-house ticketing solution, TALENT Sport, the ticketing commerce platform from Advanced Ticketing (Advanced).

Following a sustained effort to make ticket purchasing easier for fans, the Blues have been ranked number one for ease of obtaining ticket information and purchasing tickets online. The club is one of the longest-standing users of TALENT Sport, which is designed to provide a fast, reliable and secure online purchasing experience for fans.

With more and more football fans visiting sites and purchasing tickets from mobile devices, offering a great online ticketing experience is increasingly important for clubs.

An ongoing commitment to welcoming the next generation of Evertonians to Goodison Park has also led to the club taking the top spot for the pricing of tickets for young Blues.

With nearly 40,000 football fans (36,878) taking part in the independent research nationwide – including 1,665 Evertonians – the Premier League Fan Survey gauges overall attitudes towards each club, as well as asking supporters to rank overall matchday experience, customer service, ticketing facilities and stadium safety.
